I am a Trauma-informed and queer-affirmative therapist who embraces an eclectic approach that centers your unique experiences and strengths. I believe mental health deserves equal importance as physical health, and our therapeutic relationship will be built on mutual respect and collaboration to foster your autonomy in the healing journey.
Together, we'll create a personalized path forward—whether you're navigating sadness, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, stress, trauma, sexuality questions, depression, procrastination patterns, or seeking greater mindfulness and well-being. My practice empowers you to develop your own insights and solutions, with me as your dedicated ally rather than an authority. I offer sessions in both Hindi and English, ensuring you can express yourself most comfortably on your journey toward empowerment and authentic living.
